Can I add teammates or staff to my account?

Yes. You can add staff members with access to see and respond to messages. This keeps communication organized and avoids bottlenecks or missed requests.

Can I message staff, committees, and member groups separately?

Can I use my own club phone number, short code, or local number?

Yes. We provide a short code for clubs to use that’s fast and easy to setup. But clubs can also request a dedicated local number or short code, or use their own main club number to create a familiar and trusted sender for members. Ask our team about the time-frame for deployment with the options.

Can we personalize messages with member names or details?

Yes. Messages can be personalized with names, event details, or other member information to increase engagement and response rates. For example, you can automate birthday notifications for each member with special offers or rewards for surprise and delight.

Can we track message delivery, opens, and responses?

Yes. You can see delivery status, responses, and engagement in real time, giving staff visibility and confidence that messages are being seen and acted upon.

How does Aimi learn and answer member questions accurately?

Aimi is trained on your club’s own knowledge, including policies, rules, FAQs, and documents you upload to the platform. It learns how your club operates and adapts to your preferred tone and style, continuously improving over time with staff review and feedback.

Is the Golf Pilot App free for all members?

Yes. The app is free for members to download in the Apple Store and Google Play. Thousands of golfers use the App to plan games, score matches, and stay connected.

Are members at my club already using the Golf Pilot App?

Often, yes. Many clubs discover members already use the app, making adoption faster and easier. Many members who experience the beautiful design of the APP refer us to clubs like yours!

How do we introduce the app to members and drive adoption?

The Golf Pilot App is free to download and designed for natural, organic adoption. Members download the app from the App Store or Google Play, and our technology recognizes their club membership using their USGA GHIN®, email, or mobile number. Once connected, members can easily find fellow members, organize games, and build their own private network—while your club’s logo and events appear alongside their personal schedules, driving ongoing engagement without extra effort from your staff or the club.

How do we brand the app with our logo and event schedule?

Branding the app is simple. During setup, you upload your logo, event schedule, and member directory—and we handle the rest. Our technology automatically transforms the app into a club-branded experience for all your members, making it easy for them to connect, view events, and build their own private network with just a click. No tech needed on your end. And no fuss.

Does the app integrate with our tee sheet?

The app is designed as a social hub for planning, scoring, and member engagement. While members continue using their existing tee sheet system to book tee times today, we are actively exploring integrations with leading tee sheet providers. Additional integration options are planned for future updates—stay tuned.

EVENTS

How does Club Pilot help with events?

Club Pilot simplifies every stage of event communication—from promotion to RSVPs to reminders and follow-up. Send text message invitations that link to your event pages, track responses in real time, and fill last-minute openings with automated reminders. Events appear in the Golf Pilot App alongside members’ calendars as well. And post-event micro-surveys capture fast feedback to improve future events.

Can Club Pilot handle credit card transactions?

Currently, Club Pilot can help clubs set up credit card processing capabilities for events and payments. Additional payment integrations are planned for future updates—stay tuned.

PRICING

How does the free trial work?

During your free trial, you’ll get 14 days to experience every feature of the platform. There’s no credit card required and you can upgrade at any time.

Can we start small before rolling text messaging out club-wide?

Yes. Club Pilot offers flexible pricing with no long-term commitment, and text message credits can be purchased in smaller batches with savings as you scale. This makes it easy to start with staff, committees, or select member groups and expand at your own pace.

How does text message credit pricing work?

You purchase message credits based on usage. The more credits you buy, the lower the cost per message—keeping pricing flexible and predictable.

How do you calculate message credits?

One message credit equals one standard SMS message segment sent to one recipient (up to 160 characters). Messages that include images or media (MMS) use more credits, typically three per message, but allow for longer content. The platform automatically calculates credits for you, so there’s no guesswork for staff.

Are there programs or pricing for multi-club operators?

Yes. We offer programs for operators managing multiple clubs. Our team can tailor pricing based on scale and needs.

Are there additional carrier fees or hidden costs?

No. All carrier fees are included in the message credit pricing you see—there are no hidden costs. Carrier fees are built into the per-credit rates we offer, which range from 2¢ to 4¢ depending on volume, so pricing stays simple and predictable for your club.

Is there a limit to how many members we can add?

No. You can add as many members, staff, and team members as needed. The platform is built to scale easily, making it future-proof as your club, resort, or organization grows.

Can I get support and rollout advice along the way?

Yes! We offer team support and a dedicated manager as part of the onboarding process who will help you setup your account, monitor your performance, provide tailored SMS marketing advice, with online and text support as needed.
